Meet Sally, a spin instructor with over 3 years of experience and a passion for fitness that started 8 years ago when she first stepped into a spin studio. Since then, she's taught over 1,000 classes, and her love for the ride keeps growing. With multiple certifications under her belt, Sally is all about functional, no-bullshit training that pushes riders of all levels. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced rider, Sally’s classes are designed to challenge and inspire, making sure you get a balanced and powerful workout every time.
Sally’s teaching style is straightforward and effective—no bullshit, just a focus on building strength and endurance through balanced left- and right-leg workouts. Her classes are designed to push everyone to their limits, all while keeping things fun and motivating. Her fitness philosophy is simple: always enjoy the ride! Having grown up playing all kinds of sports like golf, taekwondo, and rugby, Sally loves trying new things and encourages her riders to do the same. Feel free to hit her up for a pickleball game! When she’s not spinning, Sally’s jamming out to tech-house and techno or unwinding with cooking videos and crocheting.
