What is this class about?

Conditioning is all about building strength and endurance. With less emphasis on hand choreography, the focus is squarely on your legs. Expect longer, more intense intervals designed to improve your stamina and build muscle strength. You’ll spend time powering through resistance-based hills, extended sprints, and longer endurance tracks.

Is this the right fitness class for me?

This class is great if you’re more interested in improving your fitness levels and building leg strength, rather than keeping up with complex choreography. It’s ideal if you want a no-frills, high-effort workout that will test your physical limits and improve your cardiovascular endurance.

How can I take a trial class?

  • Head to the "Packages" tab on our website, where you'll find our exclusive trial offer of 3 classes for just $30, designed for new riders. 
  • Select this trial package and create your account.
  • Once your package is purchased, go to the "Classes" section to book your preferred class time and type. 
  • You'll receive a confirmation email with all the details about your first class and what to bring.
